The Three Tons Dual-Bull Wheel Winch is a specialized machine designed and produced to meet the needs of line construction projects. Clutch and hand braking are important functions in the operation of machinery. The clutch is responsible for transferring the engine's power to the outer cone-shaped block's synchronous movement through the pulley or elastic coupling device. The middle position of the clutch is the disengagement position. It's important to note that there are two bearings, 6205-2Z and 51110 in the clutch. Maintenance is recommended every 1000 hours, or replacement based on actual operation, and the bearings should be filled with lithium grease before assembling to ensure proper function.
The gearbox is a critical component in machinery, consisting of a shift section, brake section, and deceleration section. The shifting part of the gearbox is transformed into three forward gears and one reverse gear, using high precision carburizing gears. The power is transferred to the clutch shaft through the reduction gear. An overrunning clutch is used as the machine's brake with an automatic braking function. Combined with the clutch handle control of the hand brake, the machinery has two sets of brake devices to ensure the safety of construction.
The deceleration part of the gearbox consists of a three-stage reduction gear, which carries out large transmission ratios while being small in size and lightweight. As an essential part of machinery, gearbox operation should be carefully monitored and maintained for optimal performance.
